Monday, November 10, 2008 Didn't post because too tired to post.. This few days was having trainings and matches. Today went to gym to workout. Me and Jojo was late and was drenched because of the rain. Whole body was wet about 50%. Went to toilet and used hand dryer to dry up ourselves.After working out. Did 1000 skipping then did 500 chest pass using medicine ball and did the roll thingy 3 sets. After doing went to Vista Point to eat. Then coach came. Erra,Shamirah, Weekee, Jojo and me left first. Went to Basic Point and bought stuffs. Then went to Tidbits n tidbits to buy chocolate.The milo energy food sucks like hell.It doesn't taste nice.I still prefer KitKat Chunky (: Then headed to Fragrant Wood and did presentation and practice for awhile then dismiss.
